You will need an email address and password to set up a shopping account on MyLeather.com. This account is free and incurs no obligation.

Secure Shopping
Shopping at MyLeather.com is secure. Our secure servers will encrypt your information. Your personal and credit card information will be protected according to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Choosing Or Removing Items
Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You'll be able to see the shopping cart on the right side of most pages. To put a product in your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product in the shopping cart detail page.

Checking Out
When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Check Out" button. First, you'll be asked to either log-in if you're a returning customer or establish an account if you're a new customer. To establish an account you'll be asked to enter your email address, select a password, and enter your name, billing address, and telephone number. Once you have an account you simply select from the shipping options noted below and enter your credit card information. After you've entered the required information, click the "Place Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear revealing your order summary and invoice page. If you are unsure whether we have your order, you may check your order status by visiting the "My Account" area.

Verification
Sometimes as part of the check-out process, we will ask you to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from MyLeather.com. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information. If you continue to experience a problem, please contact us.

Shipping Options
In the Checkout pages you will also have the option of choosing your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination) and/or including a message to the recipient of a gift purchase. To learn more about our shipping rates, please see our Shipping Information page. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock products, you will have the choice of shipping the order when it's complete and all the products are in-stock, or delivering in-stock products immediately and shipping the out-of-stock products separately when they arrive in our warehouse. On the Billing & Shipping Information page you will also have the option of setting up additional "Ship-to" addresses in case you wish to have your order delivered somewhere other than your home. Once you enter the additional address, you'll be able to simply choose it as your "Ship-to" address in the future and speed through the ordering process. Please Note: If shipping to a different address your order will be held for verification.

Status of an Order
MyLeather.com customers can check their order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section on the upper right hand side of the homepage. There you can simply click on ORDER STATUS and find out what's happening with your order.

Please note that you will have to log into the site with your email address and password before you can access your ordering information. This is done to protect your security and privacy.

Shipping Time Frame
Most orders are processed , picked, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If your order consists of more than 3 items it can take up to 4-5 business days to prepare and ship.

You will be emailed with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If your order is not shipped complete. You will be notified by our customer service staff and let you know what item was not shipped, you will have the option to either have a refund issued for the item not shipped or place it on back order. The item will be shipped to you once it becomes available.

Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. All out of stock items will be placed on back order, you will be notified of this once your order has been shipped.

For fastest service, have your item name, item number, color and quantity ready when you call.

Order By Fax
Fax the order form to (213) 741-1134. Fax ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ordering option is for credit card orders only.

Be sure to include the following information:

Accepted Payments
We currently only accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Google Checkout (Paypal and Google Checkout are only available for online orders). No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship your products.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Money orders are accepted for mail in orders ONLY.
