Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?
A: It all depends on the quantity of items order, for example if a 12 piece order is placed and it does not consist of the same item but of different items, it can take up to 3-5 business days to ship out. Due to high order volume during the Holiday season please call in orders you need by a certain date. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days, please consider this when ordering. Pre packed (Full case) orders will ship out faster 2 to 3 business days, call us if you need items in a hurry. 1-800-514-0544
Q: How do I obtain my tracking number?
A: Your package tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also retrieve your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under "My Account" tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, retrieve tracking numbers, and review past invoice(s).
Q: How many items are in a pre-packed case?
A: Most of our merchandise is pre-packed with 10-12 jackets per case. Pre-packed orders are ship faster. (Biker Jackets generally have 10 per size, fashion jackets have 12 of mix sizes or per size depending on the item. Please call for full details).
Q: How can i place an order using the C.O.D option?
A: Unfortunately our website is setup to take orders using Major Credit Cards Only. If you wish to place an order with the C.O.D option, you will need to contact our customer service department to place and order. There is an additional fee for orders placed using the C.O.D. option, this fee is charged by UPS and not us.
Q: Do you offer an Exchange or Return Policy?
A: We do not offer a return or exchange policy. As the prices for our products are reasonably low, we cannot offer this type of service. In order to keep wholesale prices low we have decided to pass along the savings rather then charge for a service that is seldom used by most wholesalers. We will exchange an item(s) if it is found to be damaged within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered. You will need to contact our customer service department and inform them of the problem found with the product. All items will be inspected upon delivery to our warehouse.
Q: Is there a restocking fee for anything?
A: There is a 40% restocking fee if you place muiltple or orders you have made errors on an order and wish to return some items.
Q: Do we offer samples of our merchandise?
A: We can ship out a prepaid sample, simply call our toll free phone number and ask our representatives that you wish to order a sample. We do not offer Free Samples. The cost of the sample will be at retail price.

When buying direct you cut out 20-35% of the cost associated with dealing with distributors or middlemen, and generally get a better quality product. We carry certain branded items also, all the products also come direct from the firms, so we can give you the lowest possible prices at all times.
