Do you offer an Exchange or Return Policy?

We do not offer a return or exchange policy. As the prices for our products are reasonably low, we cannot offer this type of service. In order to keep wholesale prices low we have decided to pass along the savings rather then charge for a service that is seldom used by most wholesalers. We will exchange an item(s) if it is found to be damaged within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered. You will need to contact our customer service department and inform them of the problem found with the product. All items will be inspected upon delivery to our warehouse.
