Orders must be placed online using FedEx 2nd day air Or Next Day Air. We also ship by U.S. Priority Mail ONLY TO PO BOX ADDRESSES which is about $14.95-$16.95 (depending on the weight of the package). All orders that are placed and are being shipping to these 2 locations using the Ground Method will be automatically CANCELED. We are unable to offer the flat rate shipping fee as FedEx does not provide us with that shipping rate or service to these 2 states.
