If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual amount we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the total of your order as (FedEx/UPS/USPS/ONTRAC/CARRIER USED FOR SHIPMENT) will bill our account a second time to return the package to our warehouse facility.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days from when the order is delivered. No item that is returned damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you.
