Returned not real leather

I have been buying these boots for years. They don't need to be broken in like some other brands I've had, you just put them on and you're good to go. I usually get about 3 years out of a pair,depending on what I've been doing. Can't say enough good about them. Thanks........Jim

Boots are well made; size runs larger resulting in returning them. I wear a 13 and there was plenty of room to spare with heavy socks.

Hubby loves them!! He had a pair exactly like these but gained a little happy fat and couldn’t wear them anymore. So, these fit the bill nicely. They are extremely well made and will last a long time. I think I’m going to “need” a pair in the very near future ☺️

I ordered boots size 9.5 wide and they came 9. Spoke to Alex over phone, he sent a return label which I did use and sent back. But I had also ordered 2 more pairs that did not fit ( my fault they were sent right this time) I requested they be exchanged instead of money back and I sent back thru ups and I have not heard anything. I tried email, says not sent and I tried calling and number is not in order???! Please help
