I wish I could write a review, but I never received the boots. The tracking info said delivered but I never received the package. I tried to file a claim with UPS but was not able to. I sent MyLeather an email on Nov. 11 at 9:11 am, asking if anything could be done, but never got a response.
Here is a copy of the email I sent:
The tracking information says my package was left at my front door at 11:43am on Friday, 11/6/20.
However I never received my package.
My front door is inside a large apartment building with security guards.
I tried to file a claim with UPS but they said I wasn't able to do so.
The tracking # is 1Z734AV40335723327.
The order # is 2936.
It was billed and shipped on 11/2/20.
Is there anything that can be done?
